We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
1. Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag.
2.No refunds can be made on products in Clearance Sales.
3. If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.
4. All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.

We will refund the amount of your products via JazzCash or Easypaisa Or In your Bank Account. Please write your account details on the back of the invoice or send us by Email or WhatsApp reference with order details. We will refund the invoice amount to you within 5 working days.
